Bogdan Tyszkiewicz
(b. 1954, died. August 1, 2005) - Pol ish sports and self-government activist, businessman. In his yout h he was hockey player, but he did his career as a hockey referee in the eighties and nineties. In recognition of his merits for t he Polish ice hockey in 1988, was elected vice-president of the Polish Association of Ice Hockey, and in 1992 president of the union. He fulfilled this function until 2000. Also went to the authorities of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). During the XVII Winter Olympic Games Nagano 98 was the chief judges of the hockey tournament.
